ATHLETE PERFORMANCE PROGRAM (APP)
“The will to win means nothing without the will to prepare.”
- Juma Ikangaa, Trainer
APP is a program designed for athletes (grades 7-12 + college)
that are willing to grind out that last rep and go the extra mile to up their performances during the regular seasons of sports. APP is an 32-session program that is created to allow an athlete to build speed, boost velocity, power, and mobility. The program incorporates power lifts, accessory lifts, speed drills, mobility training, and competitions. Coaches will focus heavily on correcting athletes’ lifting forms during this program to allow the best possible outcome for building strength and help prevent injury,
both during the program and during the sports season.
If you have any questions regarding the program,
please reach out to Hailey Braegelman at (320) 262-1145.
Athletes are encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible throughout the summer to maximize the benefits
of this systematic approach. We will not be offering a 4-week session option.
Take advantage of bettering yourself as an athlete during the off-season!

Jag Lift is a program designed for young male and female athletes who have completed the 6th grade. The objective of this program is to educate
the young population on the weight room, proper lifting form with accessory lifts, and the importance of training the body
for the sports that these athletes play.
Athletes will get an overview of the equipment provided in the BBE High School weight room, and how to appropriately use this equipment.
The BBE gym and track will also be used during this time
to help the kids get in a good sweat session.
All of the techniques performed during training will be age-appropriate exercises. Ultimately, if a child is at the age where he/she is playing sports competitively, training the body for this is essential.
If you have any questions regarding the program, please reach out to Hailey Braegelman at (320) 262-1145.
